Imatech Recruitment Process

We give all applicants the opportunity to give us information on why they feel they could effectively perform a job and become part of the Imatech Group.

1. Firstly replies to the advertisement are received and vetted, and then partake in a telephone interview.

2. Should the phone interview be successful, the shortlisted applicants would then progress to first interview with the recruiting manager.

3. Some role’s require applicants to be asked to participate in other selection procedures, such as medical assessments or psychometric testing.

4. Following testing applicants are invited for a second interview we then do reference checking

5. If you are successful in being appointed to a role, we will first and foremost make you a verbal offer, then a formal letter confirming the offer and the details of the role will be issued. The letter will include information on accepting the offer, and starting in your new role.

6. The entire process is confidential and we keep applicants informed of the next steps throughout the selection process.
