Problem Description
Abrasion from cemented paste caused severe wear on paste mixer components, with the shaft thickness severely reduced and paddles wearing away in only 12 months.

Using Imatech BXR, the shaft was protected and the paddles were molded with 10mm of this exclusive ceramic reinforced composite on the edges and 3 mm on the faces.

The Results
After 3 months of service paddles and shaft showed no signs of wear. At the time of writing, the paddles and shaft have lasted over 2.5 years with very little sign of wear.
