Problem Description
Other coatings in the facility quickly lost their - non – slip” finish due to both foot traffic and forklift traffic. Coatings and concrete were also degraded by a variety of dilute acids and other chemicals

Imatech Solution
ARCCS2 provides long term chemical protection with the added safety of a non-slip surface finish in production areas.

ARCCS4 used in drains, bunds and aggressive chemical areas. ARCCS1 used to seal delivery docks and driveways.

The Results
Over 1600m2 of surfaces successfully prepared and coated. Various degrees of chemical resistance and non-slip finish were utilized to provide the most suitable and economical solution.
After over 18 months the coatings are in excellent condition in foot traffic, forklift traffic and aggressive chemical environments up to 98% Sulphuric Acid.

Surfaces can be high pressure water blasted and cleaned without damaging the coating or the non-slip grit.
