Problem Description
Bisalloy liners replaced every 6 weeks.
100mm Polyurethane replaced every 2 weeks.
Imatech Solution
In consultation with Imatech, CE and the fixed plant supervisor, a dead bed shelf design was implemented.

The Results
The dead bed shelf and CorroCube liners were installed in one shift by 2 men.
The shelf was filled with lump ore and fines prior to operation start up.
After 3 days of operation and observation, the shelf was performing as designed.
The client commented that - it looks like rock hitting a pillow”.
