SAG Mill discharge chute experiencing unsatisfactory wear rates in localized area. Generic rubber and ceramic wear liners failing before 24 months service.

Imatech solution
Imatech designed CorroCube Wear Liners to suit new discharge chute section. They replaced the entire generic rubber/ceramic liner product.

The Results
63mm thick CorroCube Wear Liners have worn approximately 25% over 2 years service life. Expected life of CorroCube Wear Liners in mill discharge chute is 6 – 8 years CorroCube Wear Liners are planned for the remainder of the chute.
