Original liner material wore out before 18-weekly scheduled maintenance shutdown, causing unscheduled shuts, disruptions and high costs

The Results
Based on the apparent wear patterns after change-out at 62 weeks, Imatech has reviewed the design to further extend the total wear-life. The current target is to achieve a 72-week wear life, coinciding with every 4th shut.
