Problem Description
Ni-Hard liners lasting less than 22 weeks, causing unscheduled shuts between routine shutdowns.

Imatech Solution
CorroCube Ceramic Liners made to the existing liner shapes were installed in the heaviest impact area in the weigh hopper.

The Results
The CorroCube Liners are cost effective at 66 weeks (3 shuts) on liner-only cost basis. Savings in change-out cost a major bonus! The top row will be changed at 110 weeks (5 shuts) while the rest will stay in service until at least the 132 week shut (6 shuts).
